Cancellation and late policies

 

• To secure a boarding reservation, we require a deposit of $35 (during non-holidays) or $70 (during holidays)
• No refund if cancellation made within 24 hours of drop off day during non-holidays, 48 hours during holidays
• No monetary refund on multi-day and multi-night passes
• Late fee: $5 for every 10 minutes after closing
• Boarding fees are charged in full on drop off day
• Daycare fees are charged in full at pick up
